Pastor Ziad and family visit

Due in Hitchin, 4-11 August

The plan is still, despite the recent conflict between Israel and Iran, that Pastor Ziad and his family will be coming to the UK next month, the first time for seeing them in person at least for most of us!

We will hear Ziad preaching on Sunday 10th within our Gathering for Worship, and we are planning to arrange a midweek get-together to hear more about the family, and the church and especially the situation within Israel during recent months. But they are here through the week, and it would be great if we could provide an invitation to share an evening meal for each day Tuesday to Saturday (not least to save one task for Les and Judith who are providing them with somewhere to stay).

Alternatively would you be able to accompany them on a trip to somewhere special and nearby, ideally accessible by public transport – and please remember that there are five of them in the family with little Neriah too (15 months).
