Bike 'n Hike launches for 2026

Beds & Herts Historic Churches Trust have launched their 2026 Sponsored Bike 'n Hike - the date chosen is that of Saturday 12 September between 9am and 5pm.

The annual Bike ’n Hike offers the opportunity to raise money for both us at WRBC and for the Historic Churches Trust. For every £1 raised in sponsorship, 50p is returned to us - the other half goes to the Beds & Herts Historic Churches Trust which is distributed, in the form of grants, to local communities struggling to raise funds for vital repairs to their church or chapel.

Taking part involves being sponsored for either cycling or walking to visit other churches (you plan your own route). We also need volunteers to welcome participants to the church between 9am and 5pm - please message us if you can help welcome people!
