An extra opportunity to gather to bring the whole General Election to the Lord during an evening of prayer together
The evening of Monday 1st July is being set aside for this purpose, and our church building will be open from 6.00pm to 10.00pm. Between these times, there will be space for personal prayer on a drop-in basis, but we will also seek to gather those present for some short times of prayer together at 6.30pm, 8.00pm and 9.30pm to provide some focus to the many issues and themes of our prayers, and to offer us the encouragement of our fellowship in shared prayer.
In a spirit of openness, we will look to include people from other Hitchin churches in this opportunity, and trust that God's blessing will indeed be released upon our nation in these significant days, even as God's people fall on our knees.
Please join us in person, if you can, or join in spirit from home, if you prefer. Please come when you are able, and stay as long as you can.
And please feel free to contact us below with your thoughts about this, with verses of Scripture, and even perhaps the words of your prayers, so that we can pray together.
