Churches Together in Hitchin Lent Discussion Groups
This year, the Lent house groups begin year on Thursday 23rd February and run through to Palm Sunday (2nd April). Meeting in homes or churches, the groups work in various ways; some are set up just for the five weeks of Lent while for others, existing groups that meet year round pause and use the Lent study as an invite to those from another church, before resuming their usual study after. Some meet fortnightly and continue well after Easter.
Whatever suits.
This year's study resource is A Search for Peace by John Birch. This can be purchased in PDF form to download from his website Faith and Worship for £3.49 to follow on your device or print, as desired. It's possible for just the group leader to have it, or members if they so wish. CTiH can provide a photocopy if that is preferable.
