Adults

at wrbc hitchin

There's a lot on offer to adults - whether faith based, socialising or volunteering. As part of our commitment to our church members, we appointed a dedicated Church Worker, Rev Janet Graham, at the end of 2018.

Here to listen, somewhere to talk

Open Church runs every Saturday from 10 am to midday, drop in for a free coffee and a chat on your way to town

Want a quiet space? The church is free for quiet, prayer and personal reflection throughout Open Church

Life is tough, we understand We're all human so no matter the issues in your life, someone is willing to listen to you

Our Church Worker Janet is also a trained counsellor, message her for details on making an appointment

Volunteering

There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer throughout the year with us, on a Sunday or during the week; events like our Shoebox Project and Holiday Club wouldn't be half as successful without our volunteers!

You could also help at one of our uniformed groups, click here for details of those groups.

All volunteers with children and young people are subject to a DBS Check, in line with our Safeguarding policy
